The following items have been prepared in connection with this talk. Please consider them to be at a "Version 0.7" readiness level.
Also, do not consider my /etc/inittab, /etc/init.d/*, and /etc/rc?.d files to be examples of good practice!!!! They work for me, but are not polished, contain some demo lines, and ignore many possibilities. I will probably clean up these scripts over the coming weeks and post a revised version of my rootfs_new.gz. You should examine your own versions of those files and adapt accordingly.
